Jo Ann's Chicken Pasta Salad
Aunt Sherry's best friend's recipe. It's always a hit at parties.
- 6 chicken breasts - cooked and shredded
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 lb angel hair pasta - cooked
- 1 lg jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 package grape tomatoes
- 1 can green olives
- Lemon Pepper and garlic salt to taste
- 4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 8 Tbsp olive oil
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
Mix first 6 ingredients together and let chill overnight.
In morning, combine vinaigrette ingredients and toss with chicken mixture.
Generously sprinkle with lemon pepper.
Mix in remaining vegetable ingredients; sprinkle again with lemon pepper.
