Raspberry Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1 pint raspberry sorbet
  • 2 cups white grape juice
  • ½ pint fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 can (12oz) lemon-lime soda

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a blender, combine sorbet, white grape juice, raspberries and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into pitcher. Stir in lemon-lime soda. Serve immediately. Garnish with raspberries.

Mango Frappe: Replace raspberry sorbet with mango sorbet, raspberries with 1 cup chopped fresh mango (1 mango) and lemon juice with 1 tbsp fresh lime juice. Garnish with a slice of mango.
