Ingredients

  • 1 18-1/2 oz. pkg. yellow or white cake mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 c. canola oil
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 1 t. orange extract
  • 1 c. sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine dry cake mix, eggs and oil; beat until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.

Makes 3 dozen.
