Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) dry white wine
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) dark sesame oil
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons (50 mL) chopped fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons (10 mL) fresh thyme
