Ingredients
- 1 c. raisins
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- Pinch salt
- Tart shells
Preparation
Step 1
Take out frozen tart shells before beginning to make filling.
Sprinkle raisins over bottom of each tart shell.
Combine eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, butter and salt. Pour over raisins. Bake in 375 degree oven 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool.
