Ingredients
- 1 can reduce-sodium chicken broth
- 1 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. diced sweet red pepper
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. frozen green peas, thawed
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Step 1
In a large saucepan, combine the first six ingredients. Bring to a boil. Stir in sweet peppers. reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
