- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 Tsp Oriental sesame oil

Step 1
Mix 1 Tbsp cornstarch, 3 Tbsp water and 1 tsp Oriental sesame oil. Stir into 3 cups gently boiling chicken broth; cook until clear. Rapidly stir in 1 beaten egg, stirring until strands are cooked. Sprinkle with scallions.
