Egg Drop Soup (in an instant)

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tsp Oriental sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1 Tbsp cornstarch, 3 Tbsp water and 1 tsp Oriental sesame oil. Stir into 3 cups gently boiling chicken broth; cook until clear. Rapidly stir in 1 beaten egg, stirring until strands are cooked. Sprinkle with scallions.
