Puff Beer Batter

Ingredients

• 1 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 egg
• Beer for thinning

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except baking soda. Add baking soda when oil is hot, just before you dip the fish.
