Ingredients

  • 2

    litres vanilla ice cream, softened.

  • 1

    large tub nutella

  • 300

    grams hazelnuts.

  • Ferrero Rocher chocolates to decorate

Directions

1. Line a cake tin with cling wrap and spray lightly with cooking spray so the ice cream cake will be easy to remove from the dish. 2. Place nuts in a zip lock back and bash with rolling pin so they are crumbly. 3. Warm Nutella in microwave. You don't want it boiling, just melted so it can be combined with ice cream. 4. Place ice cream, nutella and nuts in a bowl and mix well. 5. Pour mixture in lined cake pan, decorate with Ferrero Rocher chocolates. 6. Cover cake with plastic wrap to avoid freezer burn. 7.Freeze for several hours before you need to serve it (I made this one the day ahead to be sure).
