  • 1/4 c. Egg substitute
  • 1/4 c. Reduced-calorie stick margarine, melted
  • 1 (8.75-oz) can whole-kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8.75-oz) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8.5-oz) package corn muffin mix
  • 1 (8-oz) carton plain fat-free yogurt
  • Cooking spray


Servings 8


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.

Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.

Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350F degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
