Hamburger Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
  • 2 cups water
  • 5 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown the hamburger in a large skillet and drain of fat. Return to skillet and add water and beef bouillon cubes. Simmer on medium heat until bouillon cubes dissolve. Add cooked rice and simmer for an addition 5 mins.
