Ingredients
- ½ head of lettuce
- 2½ Cups chopped chicken, turkey or ham
- 1 large can of water chestnuts
- 1 package frozen English peas (uncooked)
- 1 Cup celery
- ½ Cup green bell pepper (chopped)
- ½ Cup red onion (chopped)
- 1 Pint Hellman's fat free mayonnaise
- 1 Teaspoon sugar
- 8 Oz grated cheese
- 3 chopped boiled eggs
- Crumbled bacon, bacos, etc.
Preparation
Step 1
Layer first 7 ingredients. Spread top with mayonnaise and sugar. Refrigerate 8 hours.
Garnish on top before serving the cheese, eggs and bacos.
