  • 1 Cup melted butter (2 stickes)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 jumbo eggs
  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can drained corn
  • 1 can cream corn
  • Mix together and pour into greased casserole
