Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 5 squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup lukewarm black coffee
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can (540 ml) cherry pie filling, divided
- 2 cups prepared whipped topping
- 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate, shaved

Preparation
Step 1
In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients; beat on high 3 minutes or until well blended. Pour into 9" springform pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350, 1 hour or until pick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan. Cool on rack. Using a long serrated knife, split cake into 2 layers. Spread 3/4 can pie filling on bottom layer. Top with second layer. Garnish with prepared whipped topping, remaining pie filling and shaved chocolate.
