Ingredients
- 16 oz sour cream
- can cream of mushroom soup
- meduim onion chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 12 oz grated cheddar cheese (reserve some for top)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 lb frozen hash browns

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients
Place in 9 x 13 pan
top with reserved cheese and breadcrumbs
Bake 350 ro 1 hour
