Ingredients

• 16 oz sour cream
• can cream of mushroom soup
• meduim onion chopped
• 1 stick margarine
• 12 oz grated cheddar cheese (reserve some for top)
• salt & pepper to taste
• 2 lb frozen hash browns

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients
Place in 9 x 13 pan
top with reserved cheese and breadcrumbs

Bake 350 ro 1 hour
