Ingredients

  • 2 cups crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp sambal oelek
  • 2 tbsp green pepper, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper, finely diced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Let stand in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours. Serve chilled with warm pitas.
