Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. turkey gravy
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. peas, thawed
  • Small jar pimientos (drained)
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped turkey
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tube pillsbury biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Separate biscuits and place 1 in each muffin cup. Chill.
Blend gravy mix and milk. Set aside.
Melt butter in fry pan. Stir in peas, pimentos, turkey and thyme; heat.
Add gravy and cook till boiling. Reduce and simmer one minute. Spoon into muffin cups.
Bake 15 minutes.

Notes:
Substitute peas with 1 cup frozen chopped broccoli, thawed.
Substitute pimentos with 1/2 cup diced red pepper, cooked.
