Sweet and White Potato Spears

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb sweet potatoes, cut into spears
- 1 1/2 lb russet potatoes, cut into spears
- 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Toss potatoes in dressing. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Cook 30 minutes. Turn potatoes. Cook an additional 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese during the last 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
