This is a fluffy dessert that everyone went wild for when I brought it to our church potluck. I had left over birthday cake that I wanted to use up and this was the perfect way to do it. Fast and easy to make! But you don't have leftover cake you should have a cake already made if you want this to be fast.

Ingredients

  • 1 5.9 oz. (large) package of instant chocolate pudding mix (made according to package directions)
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 8-10 pieces of left over cake (cut up into small squares) I used white and chocolate cake because thats what I had. You can use either or even angel food cake.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together but leave some swirls of chocolate and Cool Whip. I even left the frosting on the cake because it was fluffy and added to the taste of the dessert.
You could add in marshmallows and small pieces of your favorite candy bar for added fun.
Put into a pretty large serving bowl and enjoy!
