Spinach dip

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp grated Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped red pepper
  • 1 green onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 pkg frozen spinach (thawed & squeezed dry)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, Parmesan & Romano on medium until softened & well mixed. Add green onion & red pepper. Mix on medium-low until mixed in. Add spinach & mix on low. Transfer to baking dish, sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Add cheddar cheese. Bake until bubbling at edges. Let stand for 5-7 minutes.

Bake pitas at 400 F for 5 minutes & serve with dip.
