- 3/4 cup BERTOLLI Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup BERTOLLI Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 anchovy fillet, mashed (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
