Ingredients
- 1 whole roasting chicken
- 1/4 C onion (chopped)
- 1T cooking oil
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 t. dried parsley
- 1/2 t. dried thyme
- 1/2 t. paprika
- 1 Large zipper bag

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken bag. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Remove air, seal bag, and freeze.
Cooking: Oven - bake at 350 covered for 2 hrs. Baste chicken with juices periodically.
Slow Cooker - 4 - 6 hrs. on high, 6 - 8 hrs. on low. Baste chicken with juices periodically
