Ingredients
- 1Box Rice Chex
- 1 Box Corn Chex
- 1 Box Bran Chex
- 2 Bags of Pecans or mixed nuts
- 1 Large Bag Coconut
- 1 pd Butter
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 2 pds brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Boil last 4 ingredients for 5 minutes then simmer and add vanilla stir and pour over dry ingredients. Put in 2 large brown paper sacks put in microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes, shake 1 1/2 minutes more, shake 1 1/2 minutes more. Pour on to foil to cool.
I make 1/2 batch at time it makes it easier.
