- 2 EGGS LIGHTLY BEATEN
- 1 CAN FAT FREE EVAPROATED MILK
- 1t VANILLA EXTRACT
- 3/4C DARK BROWN SUGAR
- 1T CORNSTARCH
- 1t CINNAMON
- 1/2t GINGER
- 1/2t NUTMEG
- 1/4t SALT
- 1 UNBAKED PIE CRUST

Step 1
HEAT OVEN 450
IN BOWL MIX PUMPKIN, EGGS, MILK AND VANILLA
IN BOWL MIX SUGAR, CORNSTARCH, CINNAMON, GINGER, NUTMEG, AND SALT, THEN ADD TO PUMPKIN MIX
POUR INTO PIE SHELL, DISCARD 1/2C OF MIX IF YOU DONT USE A DEEP PIE PLATE
BAKE 15 MINUTES REDUCE HEAT TO 350 AND CONTINUE TO BAKE FOR 35-40 MINUTES
