Fire but Nice Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 or 2 chipotles in abodo, medium to extra-hot, finely chopped
- 2 pinches ground cinnamon
- 1 15-ounce can fire-roasted tomatoes
- 1 or 2 squeezes lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
In a small sauce pan over medium heat, combine the chipotles in adobo sauce, cinnamon, and fire-roasted tomatoes. When the salsa bubbles, reduce the heat to low. Allow to cool to room temperature and refrigerate. Squirt with lime with cooled. Serve with tortilla chips.
