Refrigerator Cookies

These rolls of cookie dough can easily be frozen and pulled out as needed

Ingredients
- 1/2 c shortening
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c nuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients well and make rolls about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Rollin wax paper and chill for several hours. Slice and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 375* for 12 -15 minutes
