Bread Foccacio

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tepid water barely warm
  • 2 pkgs yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Mix in
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 5 1/2 cup of flour - Use 1/2 to blend until sponge - 10 minutes then rest of flour with a dough hook
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Rise twice sticky dough

Spread out on cooking sheet to fill pan on top

Brush with olive oil and garlic
Rosemary sprinkle or green onion
kosher salt on top

Rise third time

Bake 375 1/2 hour
