Chicken Enchiladas/ Tim Wellik

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts
  • 6 Lg flour tortillas
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Med white onion chopped
  • 1 4 oz can chopped green chili's
  • 1 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken. In a large bowl blend soup, sour cream, chili's, 4 oz cheddar cheese and onion. Chop chicken and add to bowl.
Spoon mixture into tortillas, roll up and place in a glass dish. Place any extra mixture on top of rolled up tortillas. Sprinkle remaining 4 oz cheddar cheese over top.

Bake 30 mins. at 350 degrees.
