Chinese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 C sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/2 large cabbage, shredded
- 2 packages ramen noodles, broken
- 2 T sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 C bean sprouts
- 3 chopped green onions
- 2 C chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 C sunflower seeds
- 1 seasoning package (from noodles)
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 2-4 T light soy sauce
- 3 T white vinegar
- 1 T sugar

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, mix salad ingredients until they are well blended. In a jar, mix the dressing ingredients, shaking very well. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Refrigerate until needed. Toss gently before serving.
