Ingredients

  • 1/2

    C sliced almonds, toasted

  • 1/2

    large cabbage, shredded

  • 2

    packages ramen noodles, broken

  • 2

    T sesame seeds, toasted

  • 1

    C bean sprouts

  • 3

    chopped green onions

  • 2

    C chopped mushrooms

  • 1/2

    C sunflower seeds

  • Dressing:

  • 1

    seasoning package (from noodles)

  • 1/2

    C vegetable oil

  • 2-4

    T light soy sauce

  • 3

    T white vinegar

  • 1

    T sugar

Directions

In large bowl, mix salad ingredients until they are well blended. In a jar, mix the dressing ingredients, shaking very well. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Refrigerate until needed. Toss gently before serving.
