- 1 tub herb and garlic cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup real bacon bits
- 4 1/2 lbs. yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1/4" slices
- 1 onion thinly sliced, 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup shreded cheese
400 degrees- 1 1/2 hours
cook cr. cheese, milk, broth over med. until cheese melts, and comes to a boil.
reserve 2 T. bacon bits. Layer half each of the potatoes, onions and remaining bacon bits in a 9x13" pan, repeat layers nad pour over the sauce cover and bake 1 1/2 hours, uncover and add remaining cheese for the last 10 minutes.
