Deviled Eggs, Bacon and Cheese Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayo or salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp honey mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green onion (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Halve eggs lengthwise and remove yolks
Set whites aside
Place yolks in a small bowl, mash with a fork
Stir in mayo, honey mustard, salt and pepper
Fold in 4 slices bacon and cheese
Stuff egg white halves with yolk mixture
Cover and chill
Garnish with additional bacon and green onion if desired
