Ingredients
- 1 5lb bag red potatoes
- 1 16-oz carton sour cream
- 1/4 lb bacon, fried
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 pkg Ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 onion sauted in butter
- 1/2 cup buttermilk

Preparation
Step 1
Clean and boil potatoes with skin on. Drain off water and mash potatoes and skin. Add remaining ingredients. Salt & pepper to taste. Bake in casserole dish for 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
