2 eggs
Cheese
ham
onions
green peppers
tomatoes
hash browns
salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Crack 2 eggs into quart size ziploc bag, shake to combine them
Add ingredients of choice to bag and shake well
Get air out of bag
Place bags in rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 mins (6-8 omelets in a large pot)
Cut the bags and omelet will roll out
