Candied Pecans

Ingredients

• 1 egg white
• 1/2 cup brown sugar (firmly packed) -light
• 1 dash of vanilla extract
• 4 cups whole pecans

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 275
line cookie sheet with wax paper and spray with cooking spray. beat egg whites until stiff, stir in in brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. mix in pecans and stir until coated. pour nuts onto cookie sheet and bake until browned
10-15 minutes
cool and store in tin or air tight container
