• 1 cup of flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together in bowl 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of flour and 1 tsp baking powder. Fill a cup 1/4 full of melted butter. Break 2 eggs into this and fill cup w/milk add to dry ingredients, Mix thoroughly.
Bake in 2 layers... Grease, flour and wax paper 2 9in pie plates.

Bake at 400 for 15-18 min
