Ingredients

  • 1 lg ground beef
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1-2 cans of rotel - drained
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 small can green chilis
  • 1 can of enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups of cheese
  • 10-12 corn tortillas
  • 1 small can of sliced black olives

Preparation

Step 1

brown ground beef, drain and add taco mix with little bit of water. heat until well heated and mixed. put in bowl add all the rest of the ingredients (milk last).
cut up 10-12 corn tortillas
layer tortillas in bottom of pan, add 1/2 mixture and layer of cheese. make another layer.
cover and cook at 350 for 45-55 min
uncover and cook for additional 20 min
