Onion-Baked Round Steak

Ingredients

• 1 (1-pound) round steak
• 1 envelope onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the steak into serving-size pieces. Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle the soup mix over the steak. Add enough water to cover the steak. Bake, uncovered tightly with foil, at least 350 degrees for 3 hours or until most of the water has evaporated.
