Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Karo syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together and put into a deep uncooked pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
