Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 1 pkg 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup flour
- Filling
- 2 T butter melted
- 3/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter and cream cheese util smooth, add flour and mix until a soft dough forms. Cover chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 Shape dough into 1" balls. Place balls of dough into cups of ungreased mini muffin pan.
Combine all filling ingredients in small bowl; mix well. Fill tart shells evenly with filling mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from pan to cool rack. Cool completely.
