Poppy Seed Cake

This was cousin Betty's recipe.

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg instant coconut pudding, 3 oz. size
• (Note: You can substitute vanilla pudding if you wish)
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1/4 cup poppy seeds.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat all together 4 minutes.

Bake 50 minutes in a greased angel food or bundt pan. Cool and release pan onto serving dish
