Kristi Feil Bok Choy Salad

Ingredients

  • For Salad:
  • Bok Choy, wash cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 packages ramen noodles (do not add seasoning packet),
  • break into small pieces
  • 1 package sliced almonds
  • 21/2 oz bottle sesame seeds
  • garlic salt (1 tsp)
  • 2-3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • For Dressing:
  • 3/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Salad:
put oil in skillet and heat, add the ingredience,
on LOW heat toast (about 15-20 mins) stir OFTEN

Dressing:
place in a pan and boil for a couple minutes
cool and put in refrigerator

Toss salad with dressing when ready to serve.

If you keep everything separate...you can keep in refrig
and it will last for a few days..
also, if I have left over dressing, it makes a
great marinade for chicken. pork chops.
