Ingredients
- 1 Quart vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1 cup sweetened coconut
- or
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- or
- 1 cup cookie crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tnsp sugar
- oil
Preparation
Step 1
Roll ice cream balls on wax paper and cover with plastic. Freeze for 2 hours. Combine corn flakes with coconut, walnuts or cookies. Dip balls in crumbs and freeze 30 minutes. Mix egg and sugar and dig balls in egg mixture and crubs. Freeze one hour and repeat one more time. Boil in 400 degree oil for 30 seconds.
