Ingredients
- 1 can bean dip
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Chopped tomatoes
- Minced Jalapeno pepper
- Chopped Scallion
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 packet McCormack Taco Seasoning
- Avacado - Dark and soft
- Lemon Juice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix 1/3 cup Sour Cream, 1/3 cup Mayonnaise with 1 packet McCormack Taco Seasoning.
Spread bean dip in a bowl. Take the avacado and cut lengthwise then around and twist open. Chop and ass lemon juice to it. Mix and mash together then spread on bean dip; next layer with the sour cream mixture. On top of this spread chopped onion and layer this with cheddar cheese, tomatoes and jalopeno.
