Super simple recipe

Ingredients

• Double up the recipe for double layer cake
• 2 tbls butter
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1-1/2 cups icing sugar
• 2 tbls ripe banana
• 1 tbls milk

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Remove from heat. Stir in cocoa and vanilla.
Alternately blend in icing sugar, banana and milk until frosting is smooth. Let stand until spreading consitency: stir occasionally.
