  • 3 matzah crackers
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 sliced tart apples
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon



Step 1

Soak matzah in cold water then drain well (don't press out). Beat soaked matzah with oil and egg yolk until smooth. Add apples and rest of ingredients. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into well greased heated pyrex dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 1hr or until brown at 350 degrees.
