Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

• ½ c sugar
• ½ c vegetable oil
• ¾ c pumpkin puree
• 2 eggs
• 1 ½ c Bisquick
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• ½ c raisins (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl mix together all ingredients until well mixed.

Pour batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
