Ingredients

  • 6 Brownie bites
  • 2 Graham crackers
  • 6 cake pop sticks
  • 1/2 About 1/2 cup marshmallow creme

Preparation

Step 1

Freeze brownie bites for about one hour before coating.

Crush crackers: place in sandwich bag, seal, then roll with rolling pin or heavy can to crush. Transfer to small bowl.

Poke sticks into brownies to create pop.

Place marshmallow crème in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH just until softened, about 20 seconds.

Dip a frozen brownie in marshmallow crème, turning to coat. Roll in crushed crackers. Stand in tall heavy glass until dessert time. Repeat with remaining brownies, re-softening marshmallow crème as necessary.
