Black Ice Frosting

Ingredients

• 4 tbs. flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup sifted cocoa
• 2 tbs. cornstarch
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 2 tbs. oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients together and beat until smooth. Cook on top of double broiler for 25 minutes or until thick. Spread the mixture onto the cake while hot. For borders, let the frosting cool
