No Crust Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick. Mix eggs, butter and vanilla in blender. Blend for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9” pie pan. Let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
